Stripping the underside and repainting it, making your own chassie rails, fitting them so as you cant tell them apart from the originals Opel put on, THIS IS TOP CLASS WORK!!! probable the best repair of a chassie rail and jacking i have seen.

The Haynes Manual for the Manta is very cheap (available used for less than £10 easily) and readily available in the UK so hopefully John can arrange something for you

I would send you one via courier myself, but the customs import formalities in Russia are terrible, you would probably never get the item released from customs!

Brilliant effort back in the day, considering what this guy started with and made most panels from scratch, hammer, dolly, and a clean pair of hands, amazing! Just shows you nothing is impossible. Grit and determination.
