opel2000 Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 The only Poly Bushes I've fitted in the past came in 2 halfs (unlike the originals) so if your Poly bushes are in 2 halfs fitting is self explanatory. I used to use a fly press (depending on component that bush was to be removed from) to remove and fit original bushes. But basically just cut the rubber lip off of the bush to be removed and gently heat the steel that surrounds the bush (as the rubber will have bonded to it over the years) after a certain amount of heatthey should push out quite easily.
