AMG Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 My dad is thinking of selling his Opel Ascona A. It's a 1972 1.6S model, a good solid car, however will require a little tidying! It passed it's MOT a month or so back there, so there are no worries there - the tester even commented on how solid it was! It will require a bit of welding to the battery tray, and the passenger door could do with a little work, but all in all a very useable classic. At the last count there was only 7 of these left on the database in Swansea, and it's still the only Ascona A I've ever seen, so there is a bit of rarity there too!! I was beginning to think i had the only one left but theres 7 out there somewhere eh?! Only need to account for the other 5 now. Anychance of some more photos?
