As far as bolting it onto the engine goes, the 5 speed box is a straight swap. The only thing you'll have to do it cut out the top of the gearbox tunnel from your Cav and replace with a section from a 5 speed Manta as the hole in your tunnel for the 4 speed gearlever is a few inches further forward than the hole for the 5 speed lever needs to be.

It is possible to shorten the linkage on the back of the 5 Speed gearbox so as the gear lever lines with the original four speed gear lever hole in the transmition tunnel. You can also weld the 4 speed gear lever onto the 5 speed one so as inside the car nothing appears to have changed.
