There is a chance it is different and you have found the golden egg but most easy fixes are long public knowledge. Depending on age some Vauxhalls had imperial stud spacing so another thing to check. Can they be made to fit? Well if the like the above people have been making them fit for years. Might be cheaper to order some custom ones from TJM though that have the old Opel 5 Stud spacing and standard elsewhere, saves paying for another machine shops R&D.
