Rick-Manta Posted September 1, 2009 Share Posted September 1, 2009 Andy, I didn't forget but I've got a bit stuck, or rather all the ball joints are stuck fast. They all seem to be the originals which have been in since the mid seventies. I can't even get the track rod end joint out of the stub axle let alone the top and bottom ball joints, the nuts undone easy enough but I've used a ball joint separator and even jammed a scissor jack between them to try to pry them open, all to no avail .
