gooseless Posted October 17, 2009 Share Posted October 17, 2009 hi guys, i,ve just finished the complete overhaul,re-painting of my 86 gold coupe, only to find that my front bumper has two small cracks in it! hence i,m now looking for a complete unit please to inc rear bar and both indicators please. i,m still waiting on a certain mr virco to return my call regarding one but it,s been a week! any help please folks. cheers from paul i,d prefer contact via call or text please as i,ve limited time on ma p,c!!!! 07985 104481 cheers! opel2000 Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Bit of advice to Gooseless or anyone else looking for a replacement front bumper. I Wouldn't take a bumper if the stiffener (metal backbar thingey) is not attached. They can be an absolute pain in the ass to get the metal stffener bracket fixed to the plastic bumper, as they are generally missing due to the moulded in threaded inserts bieng stuffed or missing which will mean that it is pretty damn difficult to mount the steel support/stiffener to the bumper.
