PulseD Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 Hi, I grew up on Manta's, and followed Brookes, McRae, Vatenan, Fisher etc rallying them in 80's. In the 90's i competed in a 1979 Manta in hillclimbs & sprints, built by my dad it was a bit special in terms of spec, 250+bhp 16v XE on 48's, fully lightened, caged, bilsteins, fully rose jointed, Ford straight cut box, 4.7lsd etc etc... anyway, i still would like to own a Manta Coupe. I currently have an Evo RS full track / sprint car but i'd be interested in a very tidy 16v converted Coupe if one comes up for sale. Must be mint or close to body wise, track / race car preferable but i just want to own a decent road legal Manta so i can't be too fussy!
