Found that the roof was totally shot after removing large amounts of filler from it. Managed to get hold of an A reg GTE with a good non sunroof and set about unpicking the many spot welds on both roofs. The roof is now on and the car is on the spit so I can start removing the old underseal to see what other suprises are in store (there's bound to be a few). http://s753.photobucket.com/albums/xx176/blitzedopel_photos/ for pics.
