It is better to pre book your entry with the club cause it saves booking in on the day and the know who to expect. Good luck getting the Exclusive done, I'll be there probably with SGH. Taking two cars has become a bit of an expensive tradition for me but I might bring my Cavalier too or the Ascona if it is finished in time. I am a fully paid member, Dont think the Missus will want to camp but isnt that part of the fun not to mention a few beers, bbq and engine talk or am I just a primative man........ Please go to http://forums.mantaclub.org/topic/21608-how-to-access-members-only-forums/ and fill in the required details and I can then give you the access you should have. Regarding Billing, if you pre book then you will get a £5 discount on your entry to Billing. Details on pre booking will be posted soon.
