mantaboy89 Posted July 16, 2010 Share Posted July 16, 2010 can anyone advise me on how to fit a tow bar to a mk1 cavalier, i bought 1 back last year and havent got round to it, if anyones got diagrams or any tips they would be much appreciated. Brown Job Posted July 17, 2010 Share Posted July 17, 2010 (edited) What Cavalier? Saloon, Coupe and Sports Hatch are all slightly different fittings. And what tow bar? There are 3 different types available that I know of. Can you post a pic. of the towbar? Generally, looking at the parts gives you a good clue how to fit 'em. Oh, if it's a saloon/coupe, check the back of the boot ain't rusty from leaking seals, or you may literally pull the A*** off your car.
