You may want to look into repairing what you have as a tank wont be available for a while and when one does come up every gte hatch owner will pounce on it. Id chemi-metal the leaks then fibre glass the outside, then possibly resin treat the inside with a kit. only problem is some off the pipe taps have snapped off. could possibly thread some in? cam.in.head Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 i had two tanks done a few years ago by a firm near me called NORTHERN RADIATORS in bradford but im sure theyle have other depots.they had the tank put through a process called RENEW. this involves them taking your tank,blasting it,repairing it,then coating inside & out in an epoxy substance. supposed to have a lifetime guarantee i seem to remember. all ok at the moment .
