I think that the inner sill is actually the floorpan.

Floorpan profile curves up and goes vertical before having a rolled edge to the flange that the outer sill spot welds to (door seal sits on this) then the sill curves down and out to meet the door shut line, before curving under (side skirt area) then going horizontal with a flange/lip to weld to floorpan.

It is the curves on the pressing of this profile that gives the sill and the shell a lot of strength in this area when tied into the shell correctly.

hi

is this the floor pan as sold by ps autoteile-de,if so im away to purchase 2 anyway, along with lower 3/4 rear repair panels, dont think anyone else does these?

needing outer sills as well,so should all come together,

still slightly confused on explanation of inner sill, but should become more clear when apart  i hope
