Leon Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 As above, C20NE turbo seems relatively common in FWD applications, but I've never seen it done on RWD. Manifold I suppose would be the main issue, I've seen this sort of thing floating about Cheapo Ebay Manifold but these are designed for FWD applications I expect, so I'm not sure what clearance would be like on the Manta inner wing/chassis. Anyone got any thoughts? Quote

spiney_norman Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 Gary, I just had a quick look through that thread; well, I say a quick look, just realised it's killed a couple of hours for me and I didn't read anywhere near all of it. All I can say is wow, I'm not worthy Quote
Leon Posted October 14, 2011 Author Posted October 14, 2011 Yeah that topic is a monster, I've read bits here and there over the years but I need to put aside some time to read it properly! Quote

monzta Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 There used to be one here in Denmark, it was not "over-tuned" but still it produced 192 very good and reliable horsepower. Ran very smooth. Fitment is not a problem as the exhaust manifold is at the other side of the engine, so no clearance issues with brake servo etc. Brilliant build for a rhd car ! Quote
