Right chaps, here we go again.

Stuart - I have found a pair of the trim pieces, one red, one whiite and although used, they are pretty good (ie it doesn't look like they've been backed into anything!) £15 the pair plus postage.

Sam - I've a scrap n/s door that has the complete mirror assembly on it which I can take off, not the adjustable type, how does a tenner plus postage sound?

Andy - See you at 11 tomorrow morning. The glovebox does look good to me. Thank you.

Dave - Sorry, there's no list. I'm just putting stuff up as I find it. I've got a bare n/s door from an early car (it has the line of little trim studs down the centre fold line) which has been repaired previously (I can see welds inside at the bottom) and sprayed in Signal Red (bright orange to you and me). You'd need to see it to decide as I doubt photos would show everything you'd want to see (ie it will look great in a photo but it isn't perfect). There's a matching o/s wing (original GM) from the same car, again resprayed. That's a good one as far as I'm concerned with little obvious work done on it (ie it doesn't look like it's been welded and probably only has a small patch that's been filled).

I've got three o/s and one n/s headlights. All are reasonable (in fact probably a bit better than those on my Hatch). The door, £25, the wing £60, the headlights £20 a pair, all collected of course.

Thanks folks,

Joe.

A two slot nosecone (ie the whole front of the car, not just the centre panel), cut from a white car and in need of some attention but still useable. Offers for that too please (collected of course).

Joe.

Thanks Dave, I saw your PM first so the reply is on its way.

Sam - please see your PMs - disaster on the mirror front (it's knackered I'm afraid).

Anyone else interested in helping to get rid of my "piles". I really need the space.

Thanks,

Joe.

Hi Clive,

How's it going?

I'm afraid they're both blue ones. I don't remember having a car with a green one (mind you, I don't remember much before yesterday most of the time!)

Thanks,

Joe.

Hi Chaps, sorry, yesterday was manic and I didn't get the chance to check things.

To go through quickly -

Rich - I WILL get back to you later on today. Sorry for the delay.

Bob- the only good ones are already promised to someone else I'm afraid.

Russ - do you mean the 3rd/4th or 10th/11th? I'll be around as far as I know on the 4th until lunchtime and the 10th the same, but not otherwise. Is that any good for you?

Thanks,

Joe.

Hi Joe, thanks for your reply. I'll go and check car at weekend and see what headlight or lights I need. I'll have the wing though mate, sounds good to me. I'll have a think on the door, not sure that's so desperate at the mo. Ok if I get back to you at the weekend?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Steve, You didn't leave your number so I couldn't call you back. I should be able to help. I'll have a look later and let you know. Thanks, Joe.

Hi Steve,

Right, I've got two reasonable later o/s wings, both from GT/Es or GTs rather than the earlier cars (they'll still fit the early cars though) and a pair of matching original (resprayed) orange early B ones with the line of little studs along the fold for the trim strip. The chap who was after the o/s one has had to drop out so you can have a matching pair if you wish.

The later o/s ones are respectively a pattern black one and an original red one. The red one (which is probably the most solid) has a couple of bits of minor damage and some of the paint removed to check it properly. It's perfectly sortable though. The black one is pretty good but a bit rusty in the usual spots.

The n/s early B one has had two welded repairs done to it (not by me) which have clearly been filled before it was sprayed bright orange (signal red, as Opel called it). It looks very good cosmetically and could be bolted straight on with no repairs necessary. The o/s one has no immediately obvious repairs and again, could be bolted straight on.

Naturally, your best bet is to come and have a look if you'd like to. Prices - £60 each for the early original ones, £50 for the later original o/s one and a bit less for the pattern one. Please let me know if you're interested (and if you get my answerphone, please can you leave your number this time!)

Thanks very much.

Best Wishes,

Joe.

I've still got several wings (£50 - £60 each), several doors (with very good bottoms, £50 each) and stacks of other stuff if anyone's interested.

Please ask away.

Thanks,

Joe..
