Absolutely stunning I'd put it back to standard but its personal preference i guess. Such a rare model now

Like you I'd put it back to standard. Mind you, when it was up for sale before in standard form no-one seemed to want it (or at least pay a reasonable price for it). I know the previous owner held out as long as he could before letting the current owner have it to modify.

I would put the original seats back in but leave the red top in.

I used to own that year's ago, wish I had the funds and somewhere to put it, I'd soon have it and put it back to standard. Yes it is the pre-production model with items fitted in the factory that never made it to the production model.

Last time I saw this it was laid up at the side of the road in Lincolnshire. Glad it's still alive - hope somebody puts it back to original. I think this was one of the press cars.
