Sunroof Problem

I have a problem with my metallic sunroof, Because one corner is below. I am sorry because I don't have a photo for explain what I mean. I have removed it and didn't see what is the problem that that corner is bellow than a roof. Maybe there is a topic with a same problem and how it can be repaired?

If you have successfully removed the roof at some point and the runners are clean then either the silver metal bracket with the white plastic end that goes in the runner at that corner is bent or it has been refitted so the cam is not acting on it.
