I folks ive been offered a manta sr auto hatch for 200 pound would it be a good buy its been stood 15 years in a shed only problem is 1 its no longer an auto 2 its got a bloody v8 lump under its bonnet but the shell has 40k on the clock

Don't see how you can lose on it at £200

Even if it's a basket case there must be something on it that's got a value to add to its scrap value to equal £200!!!!!!

I was thinking the same 100 pound scrap still has alloys on it crome tips over the arches and 3 spoke wheel we opel center so still a few bits to salvage

Get her snapped up pal as above says even if she's fooked , In parts she's worth more.

Looks like people's are putting their name on bits of this car already!! Can I put my name on the wheel arch shiny bits? The ones I can see on the N/S look tidy.

I bought it and it will be picked up middle off feb if it to far gone ill break it I have more pics ill try post some up later

cheers bud bit more info on it seems its not a v8 but and old v6 calone fordy that's under the bonnet we a type 9 box
