Fuel Pressure Guage For Xe

lookin to test fuel pressure on xe. 2 different cars.

to cut a long story short, think the pumps are overworking.

one is possibly a fuel pressure reg from manta GTE = 3-4bar, not good, should be 2.3 - 2.7 bar

closest Ive seen is this, not ideal as bonnet wont close, but hey!

could be adapted, maybe with a connector rail (treaded bar), to the back of xe fuel rail.

and not sure if this is right tread for injection XE fuel rail.

anything similar out there, don't want to buy a test kit, as only gonna use it once or twice. (hopefully)

basically above link works by removing schrader valve, on existing fuel rail.

where is the edit button for those that can't spell? where did it go? Guage = Gauge

Got this sorted now, hopefully its a old diesel pipe fitting, sorry don't know treads types.

so one fitting straight onto a small 0-4bar gauge. hopefully get fuel pressure set correct

Any one got a petrol damper opel Part number 09 292 585, its fitted before fuel pump on inj. coupe, possibly hatch also

its black plastic, cylinder shape, feed is 90 degrees.

Then its off sorting a noisy petrol pump, finding a proper manta injection hatch tank! (yeh I know.)

or sorting a calibra tank, from a quick look, the calibra tank could do with a flat top

oven bake it, bending it to shape, maybe plastic welding! would it plastic weld.

anyone know what the calibra tank has! flow and return hopefully, what about fuel level gauge, will it read correctly.

and does it have a built in pump.
