®evo03 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Keep an eye out for breakers, think there is a hatch breaking at the mo!, hatch/coupe bonnet hinges will be the same. The spare wheel if not placed correctly in a coupe can damage the boot hinge, something to watch out for. Why do you need all four? Surely not rust!, hard to remove as there are crimped rivets, and harder to replace, unless you have the rivets, and crimper.doh!
toj28 Posted May 17, 2015 Author Posted May 17, 2015 I bought a set on here but wont fit the manta so no idea what there off but has the opel logo on them my coupe has damaged boot hinges boot don't sit right and the bonnet was also damaged as the landing panel was bent I have made bushes and can rebolt on another set when I find some thanks for the advice but my spare wont be sitting off to the side as my battery is in the boot

mantadoc Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 If the boot lid front is high it usually means it has been rear ended. Usually washers under the rear most bolt between hinge and lid can cosmetically fit it
