davo Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Hi I really need some opel help. I need a dizzy cap to get my commy coupe running. It's a 2.5 6cyl. In the pics below my faulty one is on the left. The one I ordered is on the right but it's way too big. Also note small cut out at base on left hand one. spiney_norman Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Should be the same as any 6 cylinder CIH, the one on the right of your pic looks like it might be 24V Senator or something. I'll have a hunt when I'm back in work on Friday.
OPEL PARTS GREECE Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 (edited) The 44020 that you have is as 1211250 which is for Omega/A 30NE engine If you may not be able to locate it locally send pm or e-mail we have it in NEW stock Usually ADMIRAL-COMMODORE/B-C use the same 6 cyl cap or other if you have electronic ignition in Bosch distributor Hope that it helps...!!! turbo16n Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 A friend of mine says he has a new Bosch cap for a 2.5 6 cyl if you would like it I will ask him how much and when he can get it as it's in his parents garage and he goes there about once a week.
davo Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 Hi yes still after dizzy cap. Mine measures 72mm in diameter. Looked at dizzy tonite. The slot does not seem essential. Hopefully someone's got one. Cheers
