The only genuine one I can find is this for the 20E engine? http://www.opel-classicparts.de/nockenwelle-32876.html
Irmscher Man
Ben, I have a feeling that you can get an original spec Cam from ENEM in Sweden. From what I remember, they were a supplier of Opel engine parts back in the day. They certainly made the cams for Irmscher, producing the i200 cam and parts for the 400 engine too, i believe. I found a 2.0 CIH Hydraulic cam kit on their website but not sure if the profiles are correct. Knowing the Swedes, they will probably speak good english so may be worth following up. The Cam kit is listed at £185, so not that unreasonable.
