Rapierdave Posted December 18, 2015 Share Posted December 18, 2015 Yep my old car, sold her in January 2011 & apparently she sat on a garden in the Gloucester area for a few years then sold to the present owner last year for £800 & he realized that there was no profit after doing it up so he is now moving it on to try to get his money back. The car is a good basis for an easy restoration as it was Zeibart rustproofed from new so underside is solid. Main problem is faded paint so will need a respray & some minor rust in a few areas. Interior is good, Mechanically good although difficult to engage 1st gear when cold (clutch drag ?) Has bonnet pins fitted. Car had been debadged when I bought it but I got new badges & fitted them, although "Vauxhall" rear panel badge is incorrect. Here are a few pics I took when I sold her on ebay 4 years ago.
