evo3000
Refreshing shift from the normal grey, but you tend to think it may draw unwanted attention, the proverbial red rag to the bull scenario. If it was to have the opposite effect on cats I would have it ,as ours is slowly clawing its way through mine when it climbs on and off Have a look http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/401057720301?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Edited February 18, 2016 by evo3000

I have an auto pyjama, which is a two cover system from Germany, Both breathable and the top one being the sacrificial one as they don't last forever, not long at all if our cat has her way Cost was just north of £200but you do get two covers but having said that,i,m not over convinced by how effective it is to have the two cover thing tbh As I tend to think it slows down the breathing processthen there is the grey area of actually how waterproof a breathable cover should be..".its the wrong kind of rain"...etc Edited February 19, 2016 by evo3000
TheRealExile
Been looking myself as I need a temporary waterproofish one whilst I clear the garage, is this too cheap to be any good? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Complete-Car-Cover-for-OPEL-MANTA-B-GTE-400-OLM-3c-free-UK-p-p-/262265698364?hash=item3d1040f83c:g:FQIAAOSwLVZVuish

So it looks like it may be all you need to pay on a cover tbh. So the question is why the heck do you need to pay for covers costing 4 times the amount. garymanc
I also have a crappy Old cover that I put over that as my cats like to use it as a sunbathers spot mine has blown off once as I don't use the straps but the other one I had was off more than a brides Knickers

coupeking
I had a discussion last year with Gary about covers and we both decided on the Halfords one. It did keep the rain out when mine was outside in the Autumn. One thing I did notice ( and this is probably the same with all the covers), on mornings when there was a heavy mist/very damp conditions, I pulled the cover back and the glass was quite damp and water had beaded a bit. Anybody else experience this??
garymanc
not noticed that probably cause its always blowing a bloody gale here and not uncovered in the morning will try if we get a misty morning I do think its best to uncover on a dry day and open the window
