399 road
Hi. Does anybody know if lightweight fibreglass or carbon bumpers are available for A.series Mantas? I'm wanting to fit black bumpers to my stripped out car without adding loads of weight and wondered if I could buy some rather than taking moulds off some steel ones and making my own. Blue Thunder
As far as I know there is only one manufacturer: Lenk Tuning. front: http://www.lenk-tuning.com/images/mantaa/mantaa20010.htm rear: http://www.lenk-tuning.com/images/mantaa/mantaa20014.htm
399 road
Ah right. Not the look I'm after thanks. I'd like some that look like the standard ones. Looks like I'll be making some moulds then.
Shug
http://www.lenk-tuning.com/mantaastart.htm Fifth from bottom. Front air dam. That what you mean?
Blue Thunder
Have you toyed with the idea of fitting no bumpers at all? Can't remember where I've seen it, but you could use Frod Escort Mk1 quarter bumpers yo give it an Irmscher look. They are available in fiberglass from https://www.motorsport-tools.com/new-escort-mk1-front-quarter-bumpers-fiberglass-rally.html Edited June 30, 2017 by Blue Thunder
399 road
Thanks, but I think I prefer the look of the full width bumper. The number plate can mount off it then instead of being a sticker on top of the nose cone like it is at the moment. I'd really like a GT/E style front spoiler too but these seem to be tricky to track down. My A.series will be at VBOA next weekend.
