Monaco Blue Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Looks a bit of a basket case. And who takes photos of the interior through the glass! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-Cavalier-Coupe-Mk1-2-0-Classic-Restoration-Project-Same-as-Opel-Manta-/292216893807?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368 Quote

IanMc Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 (edited) Just bought this car, but for nowhere near the asking price though... The interior is actually pretty good, apart from the ripped drivers seat cover. I will see what the bodywork is like when it is delivered to me on the 6th of November. I did ask them to send me lots of extra photos of all the usual rot and I received about 30 photos of my requested areas, which was very decent of them. Unfortunately though, the underside ones were all out of focus due to the proximity of the camera, but they were good enough to see rust, just not the extent or seriousness of it... I’m hoping that Vauxhall’s 12 stage process used at the time has helped a bit. Fingers tightly crossed! Edited October 27, 2017 by IanMc 1 Quote
