Astra gte calipers brake hose

Hi I have Astra gte calipers and Audi machined discs on my mk1 cavalier I have used 1800 manta flexi hose but the calipers bango touches the springs on full lock  is there a way around this different hose may be ? Cheers

I used braided hoses ,l removed the ends from the braided hoses and fitted ends  that bent away from the road spring

Have you removed the lug from the caliper next to where the banjo sits? This is to hold the end at the right angle for the astra but its the wrong angle for the manta, if you file this down you should be able to use the standard hose (be careful not to get debris in the actual caliper!)
