Cavalier Centaur, Woburn Sands 2-8-2018

 Off out in my Carlton i got stuck in a queue of cars waiting to get past the dustbin truck in the high street, Suddenly my jaw dropped, coming the other way was a Cavalier Centaur !! i couldn't turn round to give chase as they were in a long stream of cars, but i never expected to see something like this in my home town !!

 Cavalier Centaur, MAR633V , Bronze, white wheels of indeterminate type, small black boot spoiler of apparently after market type, driven by an old white haired couple.

If by chance you know more information I'd be intrigued to hear it.

I can well imagine your jaw dropped!!

It's had a very clean MOT history going back quite a while and seems to do around 1500 miles a year.

Wonder if it's one of these 'off the radar' cars, never goes to shows, owners don't belong to a club,  They possible bought it new, now it's about done 60k with full service history.

The wheels are the are Campagnolos, not keen on the white paint personally 

 

I'll knock up some "Centaur Register" cards if folks want some to hand out, spotting isn't easy for me living in the forrins, although I spot one every time I look out the window

Richard Watt of the Cavalier and Chevette club knows of this Centaur but doesn't know who the owners are.

Ah yes, I've seen pictures of them on Centaurs, possible they started to corrode so they were painted, the white didn't suit a bronze car.
