Dave0110
Seems as a nice example for the price https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Opel-Manta-Berlinetta-Coupe/233389552563?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3De3275dde505c44d5a5fec59a0d61da4e%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D193179228528%26itm%3D233389552563%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A86791d25-ff0e-11e9-80aa-74dbd180ac07|parentrq%3A36cba57516e0a4b7fc628fedfff47dfc|iid%3A1

starmist
Exactly the same as my first ever car...mine only cost £500 though in 1992!
cam.in.head
looks good especially underbonnet seems well detailed. was curious when he mentions new headlamps now being halogen ?. surely they would have been anyway .only recall early non h4 square headlamps as being non halogen ? Rapierdave
From the pictures it looks a good example of a Berlinetta coupe. No reserve but starting bid of £7500 would indicate that's the minimum the owner wants. I like the "burnt orange" interior but it will put some people off, shame about the aftermarket sunroof but better than a steel one. I think its a fair asking price but probably not the best time of the year to achieve the best price. If i had the room i would buy this myself

Agreed re most of your thoughts. It's a tidy looking car. As for the burnt orange interior, personally speaking I'd prefer the dark grey that's fitted to the GT that's also currently for sale. At least you get a grey dash! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Opel-Manta-GT-1-8s-1983-1-owner/372827305188?hash=item56ce3d34e4:g:yEIAAOSwP3Jdvv0a
