Just spotted a 1983  Silver Manta Reg Number 981 BVB parked in a front garden in South London (balham).

 

DVLA revals it was purchased in 2011 but SORN (off road) with no MOT.

 

 

Any claimants ? or knowledge about this

It appears to be in a "bad" state, Rusted and  probably hasn't been used in years:~  Let's see if there is a response
