As you are working the car will be ready this year! Love the Scania also, drove the same one in the army. Double rear axle and flatbed trailer 40T capacity.

Thanks herman. Yes the scania is a 520 v8. It was blue with a grey chassis when it came in. We have painted it top to bottom to put into a customers colours. Hopefully the car will be in paint for the new year. 🙂

So with the car still in the body shop there's not much I can do on it at the moment. We are now in the process of moving businesses premises and I need to focus a lot of time into setting up our new workshop. I've spent the past week clearing out l the clutter, parts, tools  benches etc... that was left in from the previous company. New 60ft commercial booth almost complete, just the shutter door, lights, heat, extraction etc... to install. We managed to jetwash and clean all the floors and get them painted on Xmas eve so should be nice and dry to start moving everything across next week. Hopefully I'll get back to this build in jan 21

Does look good, paint looks nice as well. Back in the day the finish always had orange peel so i wouldn't go to mad flat and polishing.

When i restored my GTE coupe i left the paint with orange peel (Not to heavy mind), ended up winning best paint in show at the 2019 Bristol classic car show.

Nice detail on the inlet manifold, always looks clean with new bolts/nuts etc👍
