stumpy Posted July 4, 2021 Author Share Posted July 4, 2021 (edited) bit of a change in direction ive now decided to stick it on a floorpan i had thought of a subaru i got messed around on two then a subaru legacy twin scroll that i got let down on while i was on my way to collect it ime on a budget with this build i have plenty of others to spend cash on so with that in mind ive bought an e46 2.8i one owner bmw for cheap cheap ime going to sit it on that with a veiw that engines ime thinking should be interchangeable and obviously so many suspension upgrades for these and the drift boys use them so its a starting point Edited July 4, 2021 by stumpy 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We’re not taught as a society what to say so it can feel isolating and as different family members process in different ways and at different rates that can be so tough. Blokes tend to be crap at communicating emotional pain & we can’t fix it so we often need to vent in other ways. Awaiting....a TVR chassis which I have purchased the model I chose is four inches longer wheel base than others but it’s an older chassis roughly the same age as the manta itself so I’ve got it booked for blasting. stumpy Posted September 18, 2022 Author Share Posted September 18, 2022 (edited) Thanks Jes much appreciated So chassis is a tvr 350 I have the matching engine has just 50k miles on it backed up by mots so the body needs to be made so it’s removable and the chassis needs to remain Unmodified at least in terms of cutting anything off I will be replacing the outriggers however well known rust area on these and this is no exception and will be using 38mmx3.1 wall CDs tube to beef it up and add any additional bracing so first job is to blast it all will do this myself Then get it in some primer for the time being while I work on it it will be blasted and powder coated at some point are fibreglass wings available and 4 slot full width grill Edited September 18, 2022 by stumpy 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That chasis definitely opens up a lot if possibilities indeed. Never seen one bare, but is very similar to the lotus ones, that kind of makes sense.
