window fittings??

Hi all, these were in a bag labelled window fittings. Has anyone any ides where they go or if they are even required

Those are parts of the window mecanism in the door.

Certainly are 

and whilst technically they won't stop the window opening and closing they are for the limit stops so you should realy fit them if you can and spend a little time adjusting tHem to their best position

Jeff with the window wound up and the door can off, u will figure it out.

From memory, think they bolt to the window runners.

They bolt to the inside of the door at the top. About an inch down from the top and about 1/4 3/4 along the length of the glass you will see a round hole with a slotted bolt hole inside it. The L brackets go inside the door with the bolt through the slot and the rubber feet down and in.

They limit the up travel of the window by the rubber part sitting against the ends of the metal rail at the bottom of the glass.
