Sadly the time Has come to let the Centaur project go as unable to do due to medical condition.

Bought about 5 years and havent done anything to it in that time.its green (originally orangy /yellow) W reg (5 digit number plate ,probably worth something),has lip spoiler, bodywork not to bad ,But rusty and holed in all the usual Manta places ie Floors ,Jacking points, rear of sills, swan necks etc. convertible roof not to bad, interior is poor.Could be a brave restoration,or parts car.

Don't know what its worth but will say £1400 but open to offers.can send pictures if required,if you message me mobile number.

Sold on Ebay to a couple of timewasters, say this and that is wrong with car, it said that in the listing! Say they are not buying it,leave, then come back 5 minutes later and offer me half what they bid for Car! Didn't know a thing about Mantas.

So it is still for sale, yes it does need restoring.

in it for a fast buck, one of them was supposed to be a car restorer,he didnt have much faith in his ability! i politety told them to go forth and multiply and shut the door ,total timewasters.

That's the issue with eBay buyers, see it on lots of forums saying it's full of changers and tyre kickers - hang on I use eBay..........😬🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi,

I might be interested in taking her, but I need to talk with my mate in Yorkshire about when and if he can come and collect. Would that be ok?

Would like to see one done with a 400 kit or evo kit, dont think the roof does it justice, but i do like it with the roof down, wonder if a hardtop could be madeup?  Alot of work, but very unique, and is very rare as it sits. Looks like early manta gtj colour, but its a cavalier, didnt think the cav was available in this colour.

There is a very famous rallycar madeup with a shell this colour! Found during baremetal restoration. And it was a early 82, 83 car.
