plumster
Hi folks, where does the handbrake light switch live, mine flashes on & off when the handbrake is clearly off, so I'm assuming the switch is sticking or dying. But, where does it live? Thankeee..
H-400
That light is also connected with the mainbrake fluid reservoir, please do check the level of the brakefluid. Had a look in the partscatalogue, looks like the switch is fitted into the handbrake lever, never had issues with that switch in all those years, but there is always a first time... Jonathan Pounsett
In addition to @H-400 ‘s advice also check the sensor on the clutch pedal as for some bizarre reason, it’s connected into the same warning light. If it turns out it is a problem with the handbrake switch I’ve got a spare that I bought from @Paul Barrettrecently but didn’t use.
