I'm in the process of putting the big wing sump onto my replacement XE for the mancona and recall the baffle plate needing to be cut but can not remember the reason for this ? Also have 2 different pick up pipes ? I'm also assuming I'll need to modify the baffle plate for the dip stick? Been a while since I did anything with XE . Cheers 👍 Basically the front of the plate has to be cut out to allow the sump to sit flush as the manta big wing sump is so shallow at the front. 1.8 pick up pipe lengthened by about 20mm to reach the deeper rear section of the sump to submerge the pickup correctly in the oil 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
