GTEPETE
Ignoring the price below, I do not recall ever seeing brand new covers for sale on UK ebay, yet they were fitted to numerous CIH engined 4 and 6, cylinder engines including later 2.4 Fronteras..... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265772680387?hash=item3de14944c3:g:xU8AAOSwYF5iyR6R&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA8IyyKSL7mxjcGsR9%2BArpECuyB9lAyAnu8Y1qfhrX8Mc9yT34YyPwCePuVEcbn7%2BD%2FWGyacSEArWNYf1INGhZQZMMIi9wXX1jw%2FEYwc%2FLcW8%2B2hGuCN1cGoVEs9Gs3ETsCpmWOdZfjTyI5E52S64sjXBCswvZUvgOCBaqTVAmmqb9i6UiCXLy8kZbrrjLa11yT8aS08lcpLEyVwDdGH%2Bz97Xzpn9ERQQL9qz1mmUi%2FnEj8imbHWXiHBj2otKkvLa1XGOBYbJsM4x6mIplCQZiioND%2BxfZDRRGpQkTV4iYfUSrQU1cj2vdQ%2BuOV2DxIYCARA%3D%3D|tkp%3ABFBMotf---9g

cam.in.head
they only realy wear out on the oil pump internal casing anyway .obviously the usual snapped water pump bolts as well if your not carefull.
Sutty2006
That’s a crazy price. You can pick up a second hand engine for a fraction of the price.
Irmscher Man
Their prices are getting a bit silly now. I wonder if he ever sells anything at all?

mepbowles
Well I'm glad I picked one up in good nick for about £30-50 a few months ago then! Is it just me who suspects it could just be a really well cleaned and possibly remachined part?
cam.in.head
its hard to tell 100%, most likely new as theres no signs of bolt head marks around it but (again hard to tell) there are a few knocks and bumps around it. and some circular marks under the water pump . doesnt matter anyway realy as we have said. no one surely will buy it anyway at that price just to get a good oil pump ! £50 or so for a used one in good nick is acceptable and maybee £150-£200 for a new one sounds better.
