20E is an injection engine, there should be a stamp on the cylinder head too that will help identify if it’s unleaded later version head. Last 7diguts are just the block number, lower the number the older the engine, but the GT would had an engine block originally as 16S or 19S, early Injection engines would be 19E .picture attached is of an early 1900 GT engine block and an engibe number from a 19s, both shamelessly taken from google 😁

Another way to check is if the block was cast with an Opel logo, or ‘GM’  and the 16, 19 or 20 numbers . As can be seen in this listing https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175805599945

yes the cylinder head will be marked     P2E   if its the later (march 85 on) injection ,suitable for unleaded.

otherwise P2 for a standard carb head (very rare ,found on late mk2carltons 85/86)    or P22 for a 2.2 !

yours should be correct with a p2e head on that engine number !
