Shaun400r Posted March 12 Posted March 12 (edited) Passed with flying colours although I’ve only drove around 200miles since its last mot when I pulled in for go go juice when I looked outside there was an employee cleaning bird poop off it lol he definitely wouldn’t of done that with a modern car 😂 Project images are available to Club Members Only, Click to become an OMOC Member. Also put this through an mot even though it’s exempt I wanted peace of mind big thanks to David ( mantasrme) for spotting a few things that needed sorting and fixing them 👍 Project images are available to Club Members Only, Click to become an OMOC Member. GTEPETE Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Quick question, should Mantas with plate LSDs be brake tested on rollers? I heard they shouldn't, so be tested on the road... Just found this... https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/205905/11_107.pdf Quote

I have a quaiffe Automatic torque binding LSD which I think can be brake tested but don’t hold me on it. He tests the fronts no problem but just inspects my rear disks for use. 👍 if in any doubt, they should perform a tapley brake test on the road, but these are a terrible form of brake test. I used to do them on wagons. Quote
