Only the one pic for now, was taken at the start of last summer about halfway through the project. Hopefully this coming weekend it'll be finished completely.

Seeing as the car had to be completely stipped, i've also included some other parts in the restoration...

Piper high lift camshaft (similar to 'ultimate road')

Piper hydraulic valve lifters

Lightened timing gears and new timing chain

Larger bore steel exhaust system

Four branch manifold

Wire mesh air filter (saving up for a 57i kit!)

Uprated clutch

Spax adjustable gas shock absorbers

Carlton 2.2 calipers and vented discs

Kenlow fan

Alarm and immobiliser

Extra sound proofing

Fat sound system

Gonna be an ongoing project, so more planned for the future...

Also working on adapting my ECU for the engine modifications - uni project. So far so good [with thanks to Chris (entwistlecymru) for the spare ECU and loom, that guy is a credit to this club!] [8D]

I'll know sometime in May whether the project is a success or not...

I'll post some more pics of the car when its finished and its had a polish.

Cheers, Tom
