upk
well its time for an update:- finished preperation in the engine bay and got that all primed up started smoothing out the front spoiler to the wings prepared most of the back axle parts which leaves the main axle itself, but need to weld on the caliper brackets before we can prep this baby(thanks daishag for brake parts advice). stone chipped underneath........underseal comes off real easy with a hot air gun and a scraper worked on the arches a bit more so not much to do now except finish the body prep........paint ......and rebuild!! oh and primed up the boot and at the same time as all this, managed a front end rebuild so my mates wife can have a nice new run around should have it done by...................?????? Robbie
Looking well your nearly on the home straight, once you get it sprayed you will enjoy putting it back together as everything is nice and clean, Then all you need is loads of dinitrol and waxoyl to save all that hard work you done. Did you cut the floor above the jacking points at the front to get in there and get all the crap cleaned out and paint them. Then pop the floor bit in and drill a hole for a 20mm grommet so you can pump in dinitrol later, Did that with my A's well worth the bit of work at the time and you know it wont come back to haunt you [] http://www.mantamagic.com OMOC N,Ireland Rep id="blue"> OMOC 5706 Please dont shoot me it,s only an opinion not a demand Email robbie @ mantamagic.com (without the spaces)
