  1. I Havent Shortened Them.I Expect them to be Approx 7-8mm too long But I need to Trim about 1.5mm off the Shafts at the Bearing End as I can't Find any Bearings for Std Manta Axle to Commodore Shafts (72mm x 36.5 mm x 21mm) So I'll Machine 1.5mm off them and Can Get 72x35x27 Bearings and I Intend to Make a Spacer Plate of 6mm to fit to the Axle Each Side to make up the Difference. This Will Give me Something to Fabricate a Bracket to for to fit Astra Mk4 Calipers and it Also Widens the Axle which will help to Fill Out the Arches. If You Don't Want a Wider Axle like I'm Doing,You'd be Able to Cut the 6mm off the Shafts and Still Have Enough Spline Lenght in the Diff. Also 70x35x21mm Bearings are Readily Available,Which is the Right Depth for the Manta Axle
  2. Has Anyone Done a Disc Brake Conversion for the 5 Stud Rear Axle (Std Axle with Commodore Shafts) So Axle has Std Centre Bore. If So What Discs Did You Use in 5 x 120 Pcd that Had the Correct Centre Bore or How Did You Overcome This Problem
  3. An Ascona 2 Dr Headlining. What Price are They.?
  4. Bmw 3 Series E30 Type, 4 Stud Discs Fit Straight on. Same P.C.D. as Opel,4x100.So no Redrilling Needed

  10. http://cgi.ebay.co.u...ME:B:SS:GB:1123 This is probably for a 400 Axle,I'm not sure if it fits an ordinary Manta Axle
  11. 4.7 cwp's on German ebay,approx €700
  12. Quaife do the Quick Racks, but I think there's two different Stem sizes for fitting to your Steering Column as far as I'm aware. Damien Tweeks may list them, but they probably only order them in from Quaife when you order off them.
  13. Fiat Uno or Citroen C15 Van are the most popular with Rally men
