  1. Seems the seller removed the post on Facebook due to all the negative comments he was getting. Still for sale but going to re-advertise elsewhere. I suspect he was a collector/trader rather than a Manta fan.
  2. It was for sale latterly by East Lancashire Classics for sale circa £17K. I notice it's no longer listed, so maybe it sold or it has been passed on yet again. Agreed on all counts. It's worth a lot of money as an investment/keeper, but it's still a bit OTT at £25K despite it's condition & mileage. I'd be pleasantly surprised if he could get £15K for it. Have to agree. I see the post on Facebook seems to have been removed. I did notice the seller had only bought it a couple of weeks ago. Here's a link to when KGF Classics was selling it:
  3. Needs a fair bit of welding as I recall.
  4. It's been sold on about 3 times in the last couple of months. Saw a post on Facebook from the lastest owner a few weeks ago.
  5. How about this F Plate GT Exclusive Hatch. It was originally Monaco Blue. I'd imagine you could get it for a good bit less than the asking price. https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1231408
  6. Good stuff! That didn't take long given the asking price. Hopefully, we will see it on here/Facebook again soon.
  7. Indeed. Very fair price. Doubt it will be for sale for long. Pity it's still got the running issue. Dolphin Grey by the looks of it. Very nice. Another with the beige rather than grey interior. Interesting, that the standard GTE was not grey inside as per the Exclusive's.
  8. Blimey! That's a fair bit more than I thought it might go for! Will be watching for this re-appearing soon at £17500 or so. Unless it was a private buyer that really wanted it.

  10. They look good, but I can't help think they would look better in white, but I doubt you'd be too keen to spray a set of brand new wheels. I certainly wouldn't!
  11. If you have a look here at the 85 and 86 Vauxhall brochures, you can see that by June 86 the Chicago Grey interior and wing indicator were standard. https://www.flickr.com/photos/61090099@N04/albums/page2 This GTE was registered late June 86 so almost an 87MY car.
  12. I'm sure there are a few. Might be better to advertise on the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/7372544390/
  13. Nice looking Manta. I'd say the colour looks like it's Signal Red. No idea what the code is however.
  14. Can't disagree with you there! It looks spot-on all round! Nice photos too.
  15. I suspect they will be for a Coupe: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/124195990666
  16. It's just the rear seat. He also has a NOS Hatch rear panel: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Opel-Manta-B-Vauxhall-Cavalier-Hatchback-Rear-Panel-NEW-OS/124195989036?hash=item1ceaa8662c:g:uZEAAOSwsKRerbj3
