Includes the grey vinyl seat back and the light grey velour inner sides, just doesn't include the dark grey centre strip. The covers are not handed, so this will fit either left or right seat. There are absolutely no others of these covers for sale anywhere. GM part number 90272149, Opel number 22 59 143. £250.
