redroze Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 hello friends, I have a 2001 2600cc automatic opel omega (I think it also called VX carlton). only automatic were sold here in Israel and I would like to convert mine to manual geabox. I already converted my manta B from auto to 5 speed manual box but the omega has a lot of computers and sensors so I don't know if it will work. so I need your advice, how hard can it be? what other kind of parts I need to order instead of the regular parts (pedal box, flywheel, etc')? will the propshaft fit both manual and auto or it also need to be replaced? cheers, Elad.
