vx1964
Hello all.I need to change the ATF in my 1984 1.8 auto Manta. My local spanner thrower quoted me around £60 for the job!I decided to get dirty myself but the manual states that it's important to adjust the brake bands after changing the fluid. Is it?Any help /comments would be greatly appreciated. stradacab
providing the transmission is shifting crisply there is no reason to suspect bands need adjustment. I've changed fluid many times with no slippage after.
