Therefore Halton Borough Council regrets to inform you that the 2012 North West Vintage Rally has been cancelled. Obviously this is a great disappointment for all involved. We are currently undertaking the sizable job of contacting all of those due to be involved at the weekend and would therefore ask for your assistance in not contacting the team in the immediate few days until absolutely necessary.
