Billing 2014: Attendance Rules.

How attending the VBOA show at Billing Aquadrome works.

1. Fees payable to Billing Aquadrome

Anybody attending the VBOA show must pay Billing Aquadrome an entrance fee to enter the site. If you are just attending for a day and NOT camping this entrance fee is £10 /car/day.

If you wish to camp, the camping fee is £20/night/pitch. But if you are a paid up member of the OMOC then you can get a £5 discount/night by using the discount code that is available in the members area on the OMOC forum.

The fee you pay Billing allows you to park or camp in the public area ONLY.

2. Camping, or displaying your car on the OMOC field

a. ONLY club members and invited guests are allowed to camp on the OMOC field

b. On entering the OMOC field everyone must go to the booking-in tent to sign in and pay any due fees BEFORE pitching their tent or parking up etc.

c. ONLY club members may enter their car in the Show & Shine.

d. Any Manta-owning, non club members are encouraged to display their car on the main field.

Camping fees payable to the OMOC.:

Club members:

Free entry (There will be no fee this year. Membership card MUST be shown on arrival or £10 fee will be payable)

Guests:

£10/ car

Members may personally invite a maximum of 2 guests, (a couple or family is regarded as 1 guest.) The member will need to sign their guest in on arrival and will be held responsible for their guests actions.

However, for this weekend, if a member of your immediate family drive your 2nd Car/caravan/trailer to Billing for you, they will be covered under your membership, even if you dont have a family membership, and so will not have to pay the £10 entrance fee. Other family members, friends, etc. will NOT be exempt from the entrance fee.

If a non members wishes to join the club, instead of paying the £10 fee, they must join and pay the membership fee on arrival .
