399Road
Hello, Both my cars use the square type engine mounts on both sides and their engines don't rock about . If you want uprated mounts try a Land Rover specialist . A lot of people use these rock hard mounts for engine conversions in Ford rwd cars . The mounts are round in shape and have a 10mm threaded stud mounted on each side although they don't have the little locating pegs that your Manta ones have. Hope this helps...... Luke. Opels are VERY sensitive to vibrations........other is to have air supsension and other is to have solid rubber... It is different to have the mounting vertical than with an angle so you will need the best absorb of the torque and engine vibrations (technology goes forward and not backwards)......time will show that everything will be making noise when the engine is working if you will not do the correct replacement
