Mantney
Probably can be done but how to put the female bits in without chewing the seats up i imagine its not easy. What about something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Classic-VW-Beetle-Camper-Van-Period-Accessory-Karobe-Headrests-RARE-60s-70s-/301241329508?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item462361e764
Binnacle-ZA
I "retro-fitted" Ascona A headrests to my Manta (They were never fitted in ZA, I imported a set) and whether it was luck or laziness, the seats had guides underneath the seat material. You just can't adjust them, ie they only sit at lowest point. I think any of the opel/vauxhall headrests with the wider set pins should work (Cars like mk2 astras should have this type)
