Manta A Headrests

Probably can be done but how to put the female bits in without chewing the seats up i imagine its not easy. What about something like this

I "retro-fitted" Ascona A headrests to my Manta (They were never fitted in ZA, I imported a set) and whether it was luck or laziness, the seats had guides underneath the seat material. You just can't adjust them, ie they only sit at lowest point.

I think any of the opel/vauxhall headrests with the wider set pins should work (Cars like mk2 astras should have this type)
